Job description, work day and responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive site appraisals and develop Advice Notes and Opportunities and
Constraints plans to guide sensitive development.
Engage in projects on urban and strategic sites, with a particular focus on Green Belt areas, scenic landscapes, and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
Manage GIS tasks within the team and work closely with external consultants on visualisation projects.
Provide expert witness support and contribute to assessments of tall buildings.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships while supporting business development activities.
What Our Client is Looking for in this Senior Landscape Architect Role
Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute is advantageous but not essential.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in landscape planning, with a robust project portfolio.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of effective
client and stakeholder engagement.
A proactive and self-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative setting.
Experience in mentoring junior team members and critically assessing work.
